He started his sales career at Lynk Systems Inc. selling credit card processing and machines to small and medium size business’s. He excelled at B2B sales while at the company and continued on with his career which led him to real estate financing.
Ian started his real estate career at Ameriquest Mortgage Company and within less than 6 months, he had achieved numerous awards and certificates while being the top producer in the branch and top 10 for the company.
He eventually worked with numerous different brokerage firms in and around the greater Sacramento region and his experience put him in management positions which he had direct control of entire teams of over 20-30 loan officers in various offices throughout.
With the realization of being able to sustain and excel a team of 20 loan officers, Ian realized he had the potential to efficiently run a brokerage.
